« This was an amazing property!! Simply nothing negative about this place. This is the nicest home we have ever stayed in with 14 years straight in the Seaside/Seagrove/Rosemary areas. « The house was nice but could use a little tlc. Light over sink didn’t work. Upstairs flooring was uneven and had a damaged spot entering the bathroom. Top of refrigerator was dirty. Large umbrella on upper deck was broken. But, I understand that rental properties always have small issues. Our biggest issue was with the late night noise. « The house was perfect for 5 families, 11 adults 14 kids from ages 4-17. Guest house was perfect for the older teens. The game room was a hit for everyone. The location of the house was perfect. We loved everything about the house, drinking coffee on the deck watching the waves, the pool, the outside bar, two washers and dryers in the main house, the commercial ice machine. We will be staying here again. It needs a little updated but that wasn’t stopping us from enjoying ourselves. »

« We really loved having all the space for 4 adults and 2 children. The quick 5ish minute walk to the beach was great! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any question I had. The only things to note would be there were no paper towels, wet swiffer pads or vacuum so it was hard to keep up with all the sand. We would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again! »
