Cigarette butts at front door. Floor dirty. Toilet dirty. Bathtub creaked and groaned under my 115 lbs. Towels thin. Murphy bed uncomfortable, and not securely set up. It collapsed to the floor under us 2 petite 60 year old ladies the first night. Found used Q-tip between mattress cover and bottom sheet. Was bed even changed??? Glasses had greasy fingerprints on them. Patio cluttered and dirty. Internet was out most of the time. The LOCATION was fabulous, though! Walked and biked to beaches, shops, restaurants! It was close quarters, but we didn't mind, because the beach is so close. The weather was beautiful.
