The place itself was clean but the carpet, floors and walls were dingy and stained. I couldn’t bare to walk on the carpet barefoot. The bed had extra padding so it was comfortable. The linens and towels were clean and the mgmt company provided the bare basic necessities. The tiny kitchen had bare basics. I would not stay in this unit again. It’s clean, and has everything we need. Mostly, the beach access is excellent for the price. It’s a great value. But it also has everything that’s nice to have, like a kitchen and a pool. The bed is super comfy. We highly recommend it and we plan on returning next year! ##### Michelle W. Just some things that came up were: the towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall so I put it back up. The iron doesn't work. The hand crank can opener doesn't work. The front door dead bolt will not lock. Carpet needs to be stretched. A paper towel was used to wiped up water off kitchen floor and the paper towel turned black. Kitchen floor not clean. The fold out couch has a very thin mattress which was fine for our young kids but I can't imagine an adult sleeping on it. The furnishing were nice but the place overall needs some love. Carpet needs stretched, tub needs caulking around floor, etc. But all that being said it was perfect for a quick 3 night trip to the beach and we would consider staying there again on a short trip.
