"Can’t beat the location- ocean front with a parking spot. It is right next to a large public beach access so there is a lot of activity going on and the beach was crowded for spring break. For an old motel, it’s kept up pretty well. Rooms are large with basically a full kitchen. The only downside was we saw a cockroach in our room which freaked my daughter out. We reported it to the front desk and they gave us a can of raid. Other than that it was very clean. For the price it was very decent. It was all we needed for a few nights while visiting the college. "

"Had so many issues. Was told our room was ready when it wasn’t. Onsite restaurant was closed the entire time of our stay from Sunday-Wednesday. Pull out sofa mattress had stains and smelled. Dirty utensils in the drawer. Resort was out of pool towels and hotel towels. Dining table was almost falling apart. Toilet did not flush. Shower did not drain. No conditioner available. TV remotes did not work in bedroom. The remote that was in the room didn’t even belong to the tv’s in the unit. Was told guests often steal them. So I guess no one is checking the rooms after guests leave. "

"Place was great. I would give 5 stars but AC wasn’t working. Luckily nights were cool so we left the balcony door open. To be fair, we didn’t say anything to the staff until we left but I would ask the staff before booking if this has been fixed. Otherwise, place was perfect "

"Room was spotless and had everything we needed. Beautiful spot right on the beach. Rooms have a perfect beach view, quick direct access to the beach, great restaurants right next door and across the street, and an easy bike ride to most restaurants in wrightsville beach. "

"Enjoyed the home and the amenities on the property. Main floor shower was hard to turn on. Master bedroom window would not close completely, constant wind whistling noise. Would stay here again. "
