Welcome to the Blue Zone Bungalow! The South End is where it is AT! You are just steps away from the beach, Sundays Cafe, South End Surf Shop, and the Oceanic Restaurant/Crystal Pier. Enjoy naps, yoga practices, and meals on the spacious terrace. Rent surfboards, paddleboard, and bikes at South End Surf Shop next door. Take daily walks on the beach, and sip cocktails on the pier. One free designated parking space. Relax and unwind! Your stress free beach vacation awaits! \-The beach is a 1-2 min walk about 150 yards. \------------------------ More in depth information------------------------ \-SUNdays Café is next door. Here you can purchase coffee, tea, beer, wine, and light eats. \-Oceanic is across the street and open for lunch, dinner, and has a full bar. They also offer ocean front dining on the Crystal Pier. Live music and yoga on the pier is also offered during the summer months! \-South End Surf Shop is next door or your ocean needs, bike rentals, paddleboard rentals, and surf board rentals. \-Additional stores and restaurants are 1 mile north of the bungalow. \-There is ONE dedicated parking spot. There is paid on street parking or you can park one car at the parking lot, about one block away for around $25 per day. \-This is a residential building. Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. This is a wonderful place for a low key and relaxing get away. \- We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance for weather or personal emergencies. We took our daughter to tour UNCW and decided to take advantage of the proximity to the beach. We got lucky when we found the Blue Zone. The location cannot be beat - its steps away from a surf shop, the best break around, a great coffee shop and a restaurant with a massive deck/fishing pier. Park once and enjoy. The bungalow is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was great - check in and check out were a breeze. The beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like quality towels, beach gear, and a fully equipped kitchen. The porch was one of our favorite spots to unwind with coffee from Sundays literally next door.The location couldn’t be better—the beach was right across the street. Perfect when you are towing two little kids. Our kids had the best time. If you’re looking for a getaway with all the comforts of home (and then some),the Blue Zone Bungalow is a perfect choice. Admittedly, we initially panicked that it may have been too small to accommodate the four of us as well as my husband’s hefty remote working demands but this apartment is as magically efficient as it is adorably decorated. We took advantage of using every space and never felt cramped.The front porch was lovely at all times of day, having a parking space was more valuable than we could have imagined, we loved the close access to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean and very comfortable! Just a quick walk across the street for sunrise and sunsets and beach access. The apartment had everything we needed. The location to the beach was excellent. There’s a really cute coffee shop just next door. Laura was very responsive to the few questions that we had. My husband worked at the coffee shop next door. WiFi and TV worked well in the house too. We had a great stay. Everything was clean and as listed. Communication was prompt. Two friends and I spent the holiday weekend here and had such a wonderful time! The location couldn’t have been better! Just a few steps to the beach and right next door to the cutest most delicious coffee shop! We loved sitting on the porch each morning, enjoying the sound of the ocean waves and sipping on a cup of coffee from Sun Days (next door). It is right across from the beach and the restaurant, Oceanic. It also is right next to surf shop with a cute breakfast spot upstairs.
