"Aside from the expected wear and tear from the humidity and salt water, this property is very well maintained and the staff is top notch. The LOCATION is just to die for. We really enjoyed having the extra half bath. THE VIEWS ARE UNBEATABLE. I would stay here again just for that. Love being at the end of the island/peninsula. Had dinner in the restaurant and the waitress was amazing, food was just as expected.... good cocktail and seafood on an incredible patio setting. Loved having this option and not having to leave for dinner after a long day of travel. The access to the beach is perfect. The room was super cute and again...THE VIEWS!!! I could literally live at this property. Only negative would be there was only one elevator in operation and the upper floor halls were very dated. Otherwise, zero complaints and will be back!"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect house and location for our trip to Wrightsville Beach. The beach front location could not be any better. I highly recommend taking the 2 minute walk down to the ocean for a sunrise. It's also a short drive to a variety of restaurants. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely rent this again."

"Great unit. The unit was well stocked, super clean, and easy to access. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Might be my favorite condo of all the places I’ve stayed in Wilmington. Gated parking was super convenient, and it was an easy walk to restaurants and bars. It was a little tight in the garage but I got used to it."

"This is a pretty prime location for beach goers. Took a left out of the house and a short walk there. Very beautiful home, loved the 3 bathrooms. Great balcony seating for the entire family. Great parking spot. Check out instructions were simple and easy. Table was perfect for a poker night (brought our own). Night life and beach activities are hoppin! We did not sleep in, a triathlon was on that weekend and the bars were packed. Lots of people around. AC worked great, sufficient towels. Cons: Forget watching TV together, its tiny. TP was translucent thin. Minimal seating indoors. Water quality tasted awful. We also didn’t know about hurricane locks, we figured it out. The bed mattresses were so hard! The master bedroom had a very tall bed not for short, elderly or handicapped visitors. The stairs were a little misaligned and the outdoor staircase lights were out. We used a flashlight to go up and down stairs, even my daughter did! We enjoyed our stay overall but wouldn’t return because the beds were rough."
