« Loved the design and layout with all bedrooms downstairs. Very easy access and close to town. Fully stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy with soft couch, great bedding, soft pillows and comfortable mattresses. Only a few things we didn’t love: There was a septic like odor downstairs in bedroom area. Home is on main road with constant traffic. Not bad when sleeping with doors and windows closed but loud if open or big trucks go by. The bathrooms could use a few...

« My wife and I stayed in this Coal Creek property for 6 nights in late March with our pets. The property is compact but very well designed. Everything is there, even laundry. The location is fantastic, just a half block off of Elk Ave. We are seniors but in good shape. The only thing that seniors or renters with children might not appreciate from the pictures is that the stairs up to the bedroom are very very steep. As I say, no problem for us, just be aware. « While this property doesn’t appear to have been renovated or updated in a while, it has one of the best layouts for multiple families that I’ve seen in Snowmass over the 15+ years we have been renting. Multiple rooms with king sized beds, multiple living areas to spread out and separate generations, and a fantastic location not too high up Faraway. Highly recommended for anyone with 3 or more families. »

« An absolutely comfortable home with a beautiful "mountain cabin feel" and having an excellent layout so everyone has their own space. Large bedrooms, great kitchen, perfect dining room and a drive big enough for our cars. We so loved out the living room was "warm and comfortable and the dining room felt like it was out of a movie set". Plus, it is a brief easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Basalt. »
