This is the perfect Aspen home for a family retreat, a getaway with friends or a special occasion. There is ample room for entertaining and spreading out after days spent enjoying the beauty of Aspen and it's 4 ski mountains, shopping and restaurants. The home is located on a free local shuttle route that can take you to all the adventures you desire year round. It is a mere 2 minute drive to downtown, which is also easily walkable and bike-able. This home has direct access to hiking, parks, walking trails, cross-country skiing, biking, tennis, and golf....just to mention a few! Be sure to bring your sense of adventure and ready your mind, body, and soul for peace and nature's healing. In the summer there is an abundance of climbing flowers that adorn this property and they begin blooming in early May. Beautiful landscaping surrounds every outdoor area including the extensive driveway and gated entry. These flowers make for a creative way to decorate the home while hosting memorable summer days and nights. Winter wonder surrounds the home in the colder months with majestic snow covered mountain views. The cozy fireplaces, comfy couches, and hot tub are the perfect way to relax and warm up after your snow adventures. Main Level: As you walk in the front entryway, the first floor has a beautiful open floor plan which includes the entertaining kitchen with granite counters and an extended breakfast table, a dining room with seating for 8, and an inviting living room with tv, piano and additional sitting room. The space is well designed with seamless access to the outdoor patios and hot tub from the kitchen/living room areas. Half Bath is located off of the entry level main area. Master Bedroom: Also located on the 1st floor is the over sized, vaulted ceiling master bedroom that lives like a dream. Enjoy direct access to the outdoor waterfall feature through double French doors that allow you to take in stunning views of Buttermilk Mountain and the famous Pyramid Peak. It has everything we needed. It’s nice, neat, spacious. We felt so much love staying in this house. The house manager Heather provided the top-notch service, got extra sofa beds ready before our arrival. The communication with her during our stay was always easy and fast. She was able to give us many good suggestions and tips which turned out to be very useful and practical. The location of the house was also great and convenient for our family since we skied Highlands and Ajax a lot during this trip! Communication with the property manager was easy and the location was fantastic. We were only a party of four guys, but it could have easily accommodated more without feeling crowded. The host is incredibly responsive even after check in. The location was perfect if you wanna ski multiple mtns and easy to get to downtown. The house was immaculate. Clean, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. House had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo in each shower, laundry detergent available. Did have one issue trying to figure out how to work one of the showers, but host responded immediately. Centrally located to all 4 mountains and short drive to downtown and the airport. The property was perfect for our family holiday visit to Aspen. There were a few issues with the house when we arrived but the property manager was extremely attentive and addressed everything promptly ensuring a great visit. My only minor complaint is there was an issue with the downstairs heat that has now been resolved. The beds are also very low to the ground for elderly parents. Other than those minor things this is a great retreat in Aspen and conveniently located. They have done a lovely job creating a nice oasis despite the property being right off the highway. Definitely recommend ear plugs if you are a super light sleeper but you can barely hear the cars at night. Host was very responsive and addressed and questions we had during our stay in a prompt manor. ##### Vivian C. Being located right next to the free shuttles that took us to the resorts and Aspen proper was a perfect alternative. Host Leah was always available to help with info, directions and connected us with Chef J - who delivered an excellent meal in-house. The home is pretty much as shown online... meaning, a bit funky in the furnishing. Checked all our boxes for a gathering of friends and a great ski week. ##### Jeff S. The manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The heating system was a little hard to control on the different levels of the house.
