First, the $19 parking fee is difficult to justify given the complete lack of enforcement. After paying, I was not asked for a license plate number, and there appears to be no monitoring in place. This raises a fundamental question as to what the fee is actually for. In practice, it creates an unfair situation where guests who comply are charged, while others could easily park without consequence. Additionally, the hotel is located in an industrial area with abundant parking, which further makes this charge feel unreasonable. When I asked staff, the only explanation provided was that “it is Silicon Valley,” which is not a meaningful justification. Second, I was very surprised that there were no food or coffee options available after 11 a.m., even on a Saturday. I was unable to get even a basic hot latte, as staff stated they had already “filed the report.” For a hotel of this category, the complete lack of basic daytime service is unacceptable. Overall, these issues made the experience feel far below four-star expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I would appreciate if you could address these concerns accordingly."
