"I have been traveling for 40 years and I can confidently say that this hotel was the least pleasant hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was disgusting smelled like rotten fruit. There was also extreme avalanche danger which impeded my ability to arrive at the hotel safely. The hotel staff was rude, the rudeness I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this hotel and would happen to provide actual legal testimony if anyone else experienced the fraud that they experienced at that hotel, you should be contacting the local police department to report their illegal operations. "

"The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. The location is very central and close to the train and good restaurants. The buffet breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was nice and spacious. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!"
