“Owner” is a corporation in Texas. All communication was by text, which were promptly answered. Great location, but marginal amenities and cleanliness, a few missing items. Sofa, bed and decor were the bare minimum and not very comfortable.

Overall as advertised. Modern/new and very clean with simple furnishings. A little warm in July with there being no A/C (I suspect this was in the ad but I must have missed it). Great location for seeing Sidney. Would certainly recommend.

Loved our stay. We just have a few suggestions. The bathroom fan needs to be connected. Fixing the bedroom window handle so we had the ability to open it would be great. It was very warm when we arrived. We found the pillows and bed not firm enough.

Sidney stay

We rented a unit on 3rd floor facing street which was nice. Steps away from everything and to the ocean. Unit was nice but needs a cutting board and also the dustpan wasn’t located but there was a broom. I didn’t use the oven but there was a dirty baking tray nothing major. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable. Location was key for us and proved to be excellent. I’d love to stay there in that unit for a month if ever possible. Loved it and loved our stay in Sidney. Lin and Paul winnipeg. We rented from April 14-April 22.

The property was as shown.My disappointments include: Only one key Only one bath towel, hand towel, face cloth.Coffee pot did not work the 2nd day?? ? Power to it, but no coffee.Please consider unscented laundry soap as the sheets and pillowcases were so perfumed I had cover them with my clothes to sleep. I can't be the only one.Handle to the window in the bedroom was broken....not by us.
