"Pet friendly room should probably not have carpet as it had a slight odor. Nothing terrible but definitely noticeable."

"Staff is nice except for Jason who was rude and not helpful when I informed him that our hotel room door was open when we returned to the room that evening. I probably won't stay here again due to security issues. I had the Do Not Disturb on the door and they still made the beds and left the door open."

The hotel was not bad but they need to buy odor eliminator and let housekeeping spray it all over the hallways and rooms before people check in. "Booked 2 rooms on my way down to FL from VA and they were both dirty- the beds, the floors & the bathroom. We ended up having to book there again on the way back, hoping for a better outcome but the rooms were filthy again. Was also overcharged when booked at front desk vs. booking online. If it wasn’t for my 2 year old having a meltdown when we arrived to the area, I would not have booked that 2nd time but we needed somewhere quick and cheap coming back from Disney and we already knew where this one was located. Others around were more $ but will definitely be budgeting for a better stay next road trip. "
