"The location of this property is excellent....walking distance to restaurants and even the grocery store. The front desk staff needs more training. They shared that they were on a new system and they could not use it. We had a two reservations for March 9 and I have been trying to cancel one for weeks, but it still showed up. We were there the night before the cruise and tried to cancel it there. When we arrived after the cruise, both reservations were still there. When we left, they could not print us a receipt. We could only get one that stated $0 charges and $0 payments. Other than that, it was a great place to stay around a cruise. "

Our hotel was in a quieter area, which gave us some peace when we were sleeping, but was also walkable to tons of food, which we enjoyed. While they personally do not offer an airport shuttle, they do have the numbers of companies that will bring you to the airport, but we did not utilize this service. "
