This gorgeous two-bed, 1.5-bath corner unit is surrounded by palm trees and fruit trees, giving the master balcony, front porch, and back patio shaded privacy. Guest Services Our company manages 100+ vacation rentals in the area so we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host".  We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information.  One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay.  Our VACATION SPECIALISTS and HOUSE MANAGERS work as a team to provide you with the best vacation experience possible!  Tropical Dreams is tucked in the back of Las Palmas neighborhood.  It's a small community of just 14 townhouses with a shared pool and covered rancho area.  Situated just a 5-minute walk to two large plazas (Pueblito Norte and Pueblito Sur) that are home to many fantastic restaurants, a coffee shop, a grocery store, a day spa, a medical office, and more!  Cross the street and you’re on the beach path, just another 1-minute walk to the beautiful sand of Coco Beach. You'll find many, many more restaurants, shops, a casino, and 3 large grocery stores in Downtown Coco, just a 10-minute walk from your door. You'll love the location and the ambiance of this bright and fun vacation home. The living and dining spaces are open to the kitchen, and the entire main floor is fresh and bright. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is full of dishes, utensils, small appliances, and pots and pans. The sliding doors open to a back patio with a stacked washer/dryer and a gas BBQ.  The main floor has a half bath as well. Upstairs is a full bathroom (updated in June 2022) and two bedrooms.  The primary bedroom has a king bed with a beautiful live-edge headboard, lots of clothes storage, and a private balcony that overlooks the grounds. The second bedroom has a queen bed and stays cool and shaded through the day.  All linens are provided ... just pack your bathing suit and toothbrush, and you're set! The condo's third floor is a gorgeous covered rooftop terrace that looks out over the tropical grounds and hillside behind the property. You can listen to the monkeys in the morning or watch the parrots at sunset.  There is a comfy living area plus a table for 4 for dining al fresco or evening card games. We found this unit through Vrbo and Rich Coast Tours. Our contact Milagro and the staff were excellent. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit was clean, it was a 2-Bdrm, 11/2 bath, full kitchen, living room, dining area and AC. We also had WiFi access. There was also a covered roof top sitting area that allowed us to see the birds, iguanas and monkey’s of the area. Centrally located to restaurants and easy to get to town and the beach. We rented a golf cart for downtown trips. We felt safe to walk the area and the property and pool area were very well maintained. We spoke to a grounds keeper daily. The other guests staying there were friendly and offered info on local areas to see. We would recommend staying here and would stay here again. ##### Darlene B. Nice pool. Grocery store conveniently located at end of our street. Our townhouse was on the older end of the scale and needs some upgrading but was priced lower to reflect that. But I would say that the fact that the bedroom sliding door on the upper balcony doesn’t have a working lock should be addressed. Property manager arranged airport pickup/drop off and was available to help with tours. They also came promptly when we had one issue that needed fixing. Very happy with property manager, they were very good. They were very helpful in coordinating our booking. Prompt answers to our email questions and good with detail. ##### Maureen R.
