"The hotel was super clean. The staff was friendly, but short. We did not have breakfast or go to the bar. There is a wedding happening, and all of the parking was taken. There was an overwhelming smell of Lysol or some sort of chemical in our room that made it difficult to breathe at first. We were in the second building and we had to go to the first building in order to check out, making it incredibly inconvenient."

"The check in desk failed to tell us the parking would be charged to our room for each night so as we came and went we paid with our credit card and had present our receipts for them to credit our room charges. We were then told all we had to do when entering and leaving the parking deck was scan or room key. Would have been nice to know."

"The AC needs to be replaced, way too loud and the controls really didn’t work for controling the temperature. Safe was locked so couldn’t open it to use it. Bath tub was full of sediment….didn’t know if it wasn’t cleaned properly or if it was coming from the tap. Location is great….right next to Disneyland though not much in the way of shopping nearby."

"Staying at the QM is an experience. The ship is old, so there aren't the same amenities as in a modern hotel, but that is part of the charm. We visited during an unprecedented heat wave, but the staff were quick to get us a fan. Cool place full of history!"

"Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest."
