Large Private Oasis with Yard Space, Minutes to Downtown
This large, private and quiet studio has a yard with a lounge chair and a hammock perfect for enjoying the beautiful Cali weather. A luxury hybrid innerspring queen bed and an elevated queen air mattress is also available. Watch Roku TV with a wall projector. A fully-stocked kitchenette and a table great for both dining and working. A skylight that brightens up the space, with remote-controlled blinds. Spacious bathroom and oversized shower.
You have the whole guesthouse to yourself and the yard area in front of the guesthouse. The yard area is shared with our backyard, but a divider is there to make your space more private.
You will enter and exit through a side door next to the main house.
It's a quiet residential neighborhood, yet conveniently located:
2 mins walk from Backesto Park with playground, exercise equiements, basketball court.
15 mins walk from Japantown with coffee shops and restaurants.
4 mins drive from Berryessa Flea Market.
10 mins drive from downtown San Jose.
11 mins drive from San Jose Caltrain Station.

Exactly what I needed
I stayed here for an event nearby, the whole process was so easy and it was very close to my event and everything I needed to do or get to. Very private and quiet too, which was a pleasant break from being around lots of people. Totally recommend this rental.

The place was great. Comfortable and relaxing. Host responded quickly to resetting the code for the door when I arrived. I just have 1 suggestion - it would be great to have laminated instructions on how to use the projector and Roku to watch TV. I just used my phone and computer instead so it was not an inconvenience. I didnt want to bother the host since I was gone most of the time. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would use it again.

NYE Stay
My friend and I stayed here for NYE. The place was lovely! The owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. Great location. The studio is an in-law unit in the backyard of the property with plenty of of privacy.
