"We specifically chose this place for the hot tub and sauna/steam room. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there they said they could drain the water and replace but wouldn’t be ready for two days because it has to have time to warm up. Not sure why this wasn’t done ahead of time instead of it just sitting there. We were going to be checked out before it was fixed so we were sol.
