"Upon arrival, we waited outside after calling the number, then the person brought in the other couple that was there and told us we were staying at a different property(??). It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. "Hotels.com advised of free parking and of the City Tax On arrival, I was told the the City Tax was €7.50 and that parking was €8.50\. The room was cool, there was no soap in the shower , and the water was luke warm. Apart from that the location was very convenient for the train to Venice"
