« Excellent accueil pour des français débarquant en Angleterre. Un grand merci à cet étudiant français travaillant dans l'établissement qui a pu nous aider efficacement comme interprète. Deux petites remarques sans gravité : 1) lumière tamisée de la chambre trop faible pour des personnes âgées n'ayant pas une excellente vue. 2) lit et chambre non faite le premier jour ! Toutefois le personnel est aux petits soins et on y mange très bien à un prix très abordable. Félicitations et compliments pour...

"Pour un Hilton, la qualité n'est pas au top, le ménage n'est pas fait sous les lits. Pour l'accès à la chambre, ça dépends où vous etes sinon il faut traverser des couloirs, monter au 2eme puis descendre au 1er, bref c'est assez compliqué de s'y retrouver. La photo de la façade est alléchante mais c'est juste une petite partie, la partie des chambres n'est pas superbe comme on pourrait le penser. Literie très dure."
