Right from check in you could tell the owners take great pride in the their hotel. Very helpful in explaining sites to visit and restaurants to visit. The breakfast the was included was one of the nicest we have come across in terms of quality and selection. Great value all the way through.

I stayed here around Christmas time. The Christmas market is right outside the hotel! I couldn’t have picked a better location. Close to the Cathedral and train station. Walking distance to main attractions. Staff were nice and helpful. The cafe at the main lobby was nice as well, breakfast was great. I highly recommend.

Urban Loft was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful, the spaces were modern and updated and the view of the Cologne cathedral from the room was nice. A little bit outside of the main touristy area, about 5 minutes to walk to the cathedral. Would stay here again!
