Dining and breakfast not available for much of the week - check website before booking. No fridge in room. No tea/coffee in room, just a shared kitchenette in main building.

This was our first time going to Ottawa, the Sheraton was like a good location for a reasonable price. We got a room on the 11th floor, unfortunately our view was of a high-rise office building with floor to ceiling windows. The room was nice enough, very good sized and the bed was comfortable. The carpet did not look the cleanest, and the bathroom was quite basic for almost $200 a night. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, they allowed us to check in 2 hours early since our flight arrived early in the day. They also were happy to hold our bags for us on the last day until our flight home, which was really nice. Definitely add the breakfast onto your fee, it’s well worth the added cost. The breakfast serving staff were exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious. Overall it was a satisfactory experience, considering the price and our length of stay! I would book again.

It was a very nice clean place very acceptable to every place. You could go to the parliament films to some of the museums all close by nice walking distance. Ideal I took three grandchildren with me and myself it was that it was perfect

J'ai choisi l'hôtel car il y'a une borne électrique. Mais à mon arrivée l'accueil m'annonce que c'est hors service. J'étais obligé de laisser ma voiture au centre commercial. Et je m3 suis déplacé le lendemain pour la récupérer. L'hôtel a offert une nuit de parking gratuite. Mais pour charger je chargeais à l'extérieur
