Pros: Clean room, daily room service, great staff, great location. You're surrounded by lots of restaurant choices. Good for short stays. Cons: Bad mattress, needs a few more amenities, and I recommend seeking a room on a high floor away from the elevators.

Upon arrival to the room, the sheets were dirty. I called the front desk and I was told maintenance would come up and change the sheets in 10 minutes. 40 minutes passed and no one came. Supposedly we got the only room in the hotel that didn't have a TV that worked, which was frustrating as we had a toddler. The front desk was helpful, the room was big and clean and the property was not far from where I had to go. The building appeared to be secure. It was a pleasant visit for somewhere to sleep.
