"I was not able to stay there when I arrived at the place their security said that there was no one to check us in they would be back in 2 hours. As I was going to contact you the front desk lady arrived from outside just getting to work. She said they had no rooms available then changed the story to that I would have to pay $100 extra. So I left the hotel. Bad service. Didn’t want to work with or even try to help out. "

Breakfast room too crowded and ran out of food. 1 elevator and very slow. Would not honor a late check out. Bad visit got no sleep with loud elevator and crowds at elevator."
