Things to consider: no outdoor area to sit and relax with a cup of coffee, parking was always a challenge, water in kitchen faucet was never cold, and the noise from people/cars in the street (early AM & later at night) was bothersome."

It's in a great location to both sides of Rockaway and the beautiful boardwalk, shopping and restaurants and bars. The major and huge issue with The High Tide Hotel is its location over the island's loudest bar. It has a horrible head banging noise situation. The band speakers are positioned at the ceiling and thumped through the floors till 3am every night. This place...
