Just a short 2 blocks away from the beach and the charming Main Ave, this prime location is merely a quick 10-minute stroll from the lively Asbury Park boardwalk and the footbridge to Cookman Ave. Discover all the offerings of the area, and you'll find yourself lacking nothing from the Jersey Shore's top vacation spot. The Space: Suite 5 is a 2nd floor one bedroom. A Queen bed is in the private bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It received complete renovation, Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest Access: This is a second floor unit with stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. \*\*\*Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions\*\*\* Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. Getting Around: We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry. Other Things to Note: Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. The hosts were super responsive after we got there and needed a few things. The listing states the sleeper sofa in the living space can accommodate two people, which is a stretch. Maybe two small children but not adults. My two petite college aged daughters barely fit —they were uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well.
