Just a short 2 blocks away from the beach and the charming Main Ave, this prime location is merely a quick 10-minute stroll from the lively Asbury Park boardwalk and the footbridge to Cookman Ave. Discover all the offerings of the area, and you'll find yourself lacking nothing from the Jersey Shore's top vacation spot. The Space: Suite 4 is a 2nd floor one bedroom with two queen beds in the private bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It received complete renovation, Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guest Access: This is a second floor unit with stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. \*\*\*Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions\*\*\* Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know. The Neighborhood: Ocean Grove, a delightful resort town situated along the Atlantic Ocean, is renowned for its picturesque Victorian houses and the iconic Great Auditorium. Getting Around: We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry. Other Things to Note: Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.
