Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien entretenues, avec une vue sur la Kaaba. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. L’organisation est fluide malgré l’affluence, et on se sent vraiment bien accompagné tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à La Mecque dans de très bonnes conditions.
