"We loved everything about it! The house/property was amazing and everything provided (from fully functional kitchen, to beach toys to linens!). This is our 2nd time staying in this community and all the residents are always welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed rescuing Horseshoe Crabs every morning. The only things was we thought one room had a queen bed. Maybe some updates to descriptions and photos to to VRBO page :-) Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, and any feedback for us is welcome!"

"This property boasts an absolutely perfect location, offering easy walking distance to the beach and convenient driving access to nearby attractions like Lewes, Rehoboth, Prime Hook nature reserve, and the Cape May Ferry. The property itself was exceptionally clean and provided ample space for a family getaway. The owners were highly responsive and a pleasure to book with."

"Our family of 5 and our dog stayed at the cottage the week of July 4th and had an amazing time. The beach is a natural beach so the sand isn't as clean, however we found that meant a lot more shells to collect! We have stayed in DE at various rentals and this was one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't have to worry about having seasonings or the right cookware because it was all there for us. The location is amazing and we really enjoyed being able to run back and forth from the beach without having to drag all the kids and all the beach stuff with us each time. There was a really cute local 4th of July parade, and lots of people gathered on the beach for fireworks and socializing. A great place for families, we found ourselves interacting with a lot of other families who were also staying in the area, which gave it a friendly, small town feel. Even with the holiday it was never crowded and it was like having your own private beach right outside. We had great communication with the host who was super friendly and responsive. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommended!!"

"We had such a great experience staying at Jessica's property on the 4th of July weekend. Jessica warmly greeted us upon our arrival and explained everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable. The location is very picturesque and relaxing, and the property itself is amazing. Jessica designed the property with comfort in mind, and every aspect of it has something unique and memorable. We highly recommend this property for those seeking a relaxing location directly on the beach, offering a panoramic view of both the Delaware Bay and the Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge."

"This property has a great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. The inside of the house was clean and inviting. Great amenities and a nice gift to welcome us. Gina the owner was super attentive and very intuitive of the area and things to do.
