"No pool no hot tub supposed to have pastries every morning, but they ran out on Tuesday and then that was the end the rest of the week never got pastries again Not handicap accessible to the boardwalk, even though it’s right on the boardwalk, you have to go out the back door around the building to get to the front to the boardwalk very inconvenient! Front desk people were not very polite one question answers, and very rude Don’t expect to watch TV when it’s a rainy yucky day out because their television system is awful a little bit of wind and you have no TV The floors in the bedroom are dirty. I’ll wear my socks go to bed and the socks are filthy. Air conditioning very, very noisy. Wake me up and scare me. There was one worker the maintenance man Quincy very very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get a comfortable chair from my room. It’s a big room with empty space where a chair should’ve been but the front desk or like nope you don’t get a chair if you want a chair come sit down in the lobby. "

"Was a wonderful hotel! Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was wonderful! Loved the location. We were able to ride our bikes from the hotel to ride on trails. Was amazing . "

"The motel was a decent value, but there should be a note on the information they provide stating that there are no elevators. And if you are a senior citizen like I am climbing thirty six steps with my baggage, was not appreciated. If I had known with some sort of information that there are no elevators and that I would have to climb up those steps, I would have stayed somewhere else."

"Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. When I inquired about the noise, the staff only said "Oh, we're renovating." Constant power sawing went on for two days. The morning of check out, I was in the shower when the water was cut off, no warning, because they were apparenlt redoing the washer-dryers outside my room. I don't normally write negative reviews, but the three day vacation I tried to go on was hampered by poor weather. I couldnt retreat to the beach, and the hotel I booked to relax was under construction. I understand needing to renovate, especially during off season, but I would have booked somewhere I could actually take a nap for my vacation. Super disappointing."

"We enjoyed our stay. We had a bedroom with a sliding door that opened with breezes blowing in. We had a sitting room which is always welcome. The property is maybe 2 stars but a good beach choice. Close to water and restaurants. The pool was unusable because the chemicals were eye burning and it was enclosed a like a sauna. Good parking, tons of fresh towels, beach chairs..."

"The rooms are nice and spacious. The ones with the living rooms are awesome for people to hang out and enjoy the balcony. The balconies are a treat for that area. The restaurant is ok. I can't speak about the pool because i didn't even see it. The location is perfect!!! The parking is also a bonus."
