The Convenience of In-Town Parking: One of the biggest perks of staying here? A dedicated parking spot in downtown Rehoboth! Parking can be tight, but we fit our minivan with no problem. You may need to adjust your car at times to allow others in and out, but the ability to park and walk everywhere makes it worth it! Location just half a block from the beach was amazing!!!!!! For a short stay our family of 4 enjoyed it very much! Parking was an issue- I have a large car and I simply could not get it into the only open space in the lot because of the lot configuration and had to park off site quite a ways away and leave my car there. The listing does warn the lot is tight so take note and be prepared for that! Everything else was super smooth and we'd definitely stay again! ##### Peter B. Perfect place if you are just looking to be near everything and not have to worry about driving around during your stay. Would stay here again if returning. ##### Justin D. Right in the middle of town and never needed to use the car while we were there. As for the condo, grimy, dirty feel as soon as you walk in. Door handles were dirty, kitchen doors were tacky anf grimy. Same the shower. It smelled musty and of body ordor. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. We wiped and cleaned up to help ourself feel okay about it and made it work for the weekend. Was very disappointed for the price point. ##### Korry D.
