« The appeared to be a little rough around the collar, not as professional as most places. However, the stay itself was good. The rooms are nice, as are the amenities such as sitting room with fireplace. The breakfast in the morning was quite terrible some items being overcooked others items being cold. The wine and cheese from 5 to 6 was a very nice gesture, I enjoyed that. Also loved having the wonderful fireplace on the rainy night. »

« Beach View is an older property, however the rooms and bathrooms have been updated with upscale fixtures and plush linens. The big plus is that the hotel is 1/2 block to the beach and only a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue (the main street that bisects the town and ends at the beach) and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants within a short walking distance, even a couple next door to the hotel. The hotel lobby has a couple of nice seating areas, as well as tables for breakfast. A nice touch...

« Beware the eight floor is an event/wedding venue. There was extremely loud music and bass playing well past ten o’clock at night. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. When I called to ask when the wedding would be over the front desk said they didn’t know but that at least they had already seen some guests leave. That certainly didn’t help with the noise. I asked for the manager, Izzy, to call me the next day. He never did. Go somewhere else where you will be able to get sleep! »
