"This beach home is LOVELY! High ceilings, open floor plan, lots of natural light throughout, and so many wonderful places to just drop onto the sofa and relax. Go out the front door, turn left and the private beach is at the end of your block. Your host thought of everything: the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms are great and the kitchen is large and well fixed for cooking. The backyard is gorgeous: so spacious and private, with lush landscaping and a delightful fire pit area. Thank you, Christian and Ashley, for sharing your beautiful home! It was a joy to stay there."

"Beautifully decorated townhouse, right on the beach. The beach and sunrise views are simply stunning. The townhouse is beautiful and has 2 decks facing the ocean and 2 on the opposite side of the townhouse. The deck off the master bedroom facing the ocean is the best place to have a morning coffee watching the sunrise. This is a beautiful house, with great views, well appointed with all the amenities and a fabulous host. The bedrooms are spacious and well laid out. The kitchen is well appointed and very roomy with plenty of area to cook. Large dining area is great for meals and game nights! Communications were fantastic, she is very responsive and friendly! Love this place!! I will happily rent this house again for my next trip to Dewey Beach!!"

"We had a great time at 21 Collins Avenue! As a family of four, with two kids under the age of 13, this location was perfect for us. Enough room for everyone to stay comfortably, with a prime location for everything fun in Dewey Beach and public beach access. If you want to wake up in the morning and catch a sunrise, you walk out the front door and take a short walk right to the beautiful and clean beach. Or do you want to catch a sunset? All you have to do is walk across the street and see the beautiful sights on the sound. The condo was charming and had a lovely beach vibe. We spent time sitting on the screened-in front porch every morning and evening. Another plus was the in-house laundry, especially with two kids and a beach within walking distance. If you're looking for a reasonably priced family vacation where you can spend as much time as you want on the beach, this is the place for you. With Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk nearby, as well as Lewes, you will always be able to find something to do. We hope to come back someday!"
