I know we were there during the off season but it was still a pretty busy place. We still felt like valued guests. Very attentive to making sure their guests have everything they need. Great breakfast each morning with homemade options thrown in, like potato patties. Rooms are quaint and comfortable. We had a small issue with noisy neighbors the second night and it was taken care of promptly after a quick call downstairs (even though it was after the front desk closed at 10). From the moment we arrived, we instantly felt relaxed. The campground itself was amazing—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for.To start, both the host and the property manager were wonderful. Communication was great, and check-in was an absolute breeze. The cabin was cozy, clean, and very inviting.One small tip: we recommend bringing bottled water, as the cabin runs on a well system.The location is perfect—close to Mount Rushmore and many other attractions, which made exploring so convenient. DoorDash does deliver to the area (it just may take a bit longer), and we were even able to have groceries delivered the same night we arrived.Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!"
