"When I checked the staff was welcoming. The parking was safe. The room was fairly larger than expected. It smelled clean. However the simple things that popped out that needed a lot of attention was the tub cleanliness, the shower curtain smelled like dirty wet rag, many lights did not work in my room. During the day around the afternoon I also notice in the staff kitchen area where they prepare the continental breakfast, there were hashbrowns (in their packaging still) layed out on a rolling cart just sitting there for a good while… mind you this was in the afternoon."

"The room was ok. Beds were a little high, had my elderly mother with me and getting in and out of bed was a challenge. Looked like maybe rooms were updated but not very well. Chunk of wood missing next to fridge."

"Breakfast was subpar compared to other Hampton stays. No juice available, table was dirty. Room bathroom had one opened tiny soap at the sink (was it recycled?). 3towels for four occupants."
