"Was the dirtiest place in Amarillo my bed sheets had blood on them the window had no curtains it was so bright in the room the pool was green!! "

"We had a pretty terrible experience here and I want to warn you that you might be in for a tough go if you choose this motel. I checked in with my 7 year old and our dog. The building itself is a bit run down and the walls in the corridors are in bad repair. The room had dried dog feces in the corner. The lamp flickered constantly. The TV remote was missing. I requested a new room. In the new room, the shower was broken. The 3rd room had an unexplainable wetness on the carpet. We couldn't take our shoes off while walking around. At this point, after schlepping our bags around 3 rooms, it was already late and after having driven 6 hours already, after notifying the staff, I decided to just get some sleep. I asked the staff to refund the pet fee and discount me 50% of the fee. They agreed to this but only gave a 25% discount (and refunded the $25 pet fee). I would not stay here in the future under any circumstances."

"We only stayed here for a night and the room had a few wrong. Our bed had a spring protruding out in the middle, and there were a few dirty hand towels left in the room. "

"TV Remote was broken (no back over the batteries). Bathroom could use some TLC in the shower area and a new curtain. Some stains on the white sheets."

"The front desk staff that helped me when I arrived is absolutely amazing. Staff at the restaurant for breakfast especially Latesha and the guy who was helping bus the tables were awesome. So kind and welcoming. Breakfast is awesome! Hotel is a little outdated but not anything that bothered me at all. It’s well kept and we enjoyed our stay."

"This was my third time to stay at this property. Overall, this is a very nice location in the room rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel safe and taking care of when I stay here. There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude and not very welcoming and just didn’t seem at all friendly for some reason on the phone and in person she almost makes me not want to stay there again, even though I am impressed and like staying there. "
