"Our room was perfect. We stayed in a unit with a kitchen and bathroom. Location is close to town about 10 min and even closer to Te-Paui not even 2 min away. Another pluss is there are hot pools with 3 different temperatures, just wish I had more time to soak in them."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Millennium Rotorua as we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. The hotel surprised us with a thoughtful welcome gesture of wine and chocolates, and even allocated us a room with a fantastic lake view. Truly appreciated the effort to make our stay special. The location is excellent just a short walk to Polynesian Spa and a quick drive to many eateries and restaurants. The weather at night can get quite cold and the heater in our room didn’t seem to work very well. Thankfully, the concierge team was very helpful and promptly provided us with a portable heater, which made a big difference. Special mention to the club lounge butler who was always warm, friendly and attentive. Service was delivered with a genuine smile, and we really appreciated that. The only small area for improvement would be the breakfast selection at the club lounge, which was a little limited. It would be even better with more hot options like hash browns and fried eggs. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our anniversary trip extra special."

"Good parking and great early check in support. They rang to advise when room was ready.. Got upgraded, room was a little tired but clean. Nice toiletries. Had dinner there that night, food was very good, we did shared plates. Charges were reasonable. I had prepaid for the breakfast, sadly that was mediocre not worth the price. Overall Lower score as the restaurant staff at both sittings were terrible. Had to keep calling them for service. The manager on the Friday morning was very rude when I asked about getting a barista coffee.and didn't oversee her team who were giggling and ignoring customers. However the staff were young. Having said all that, I do recommend and would stay again.. . "
