Location nice a quiet and very close to the luge. Friendly, relaxed and happy staff, nothing a problem. Beautiful setting, mini golf, crystal clear stream and bush at back of property. One bedroom suite had two large beds, so younger children were able to share. We were greeted by exceptionally warm staff and they went above and beyond for us. Kids really enjoyed the playground, minigolf and games room. But they especially loved the warm pool (I think it was 32 degrees!) and spa. The whole place felt so tranquil. I wish we had been able to stay longer. If we plan another Rotorua visit, Ripple will be first on my list of places to rebook. House keeping was bad. They left my apartment unlocked and open the whole day while we were out, and our luggage in the house totally unlocked.
