"The Staff were friendly, professional and helpful from valet, to the front desk to housekeeping. The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view balcony was spacious and had a a full ocean view. Two nit picky things. The recent renovation did not seem to extend to the elevators. One had a 3 to 4 inch section of the stone floor missing and the #3 button in the other didn't light up- it worked and the elevator stopped on the third floor, but had there been another guest that told us that we wouldn't have known if we would actually stop on our floor. The second thing that we would have liked is for the spa to he warmer. On a cool September evening after a long day of swimming in the ocean and walking a lot, my wife and I were looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub. Unfortunately the temperature was roughly the same as the pool. That said, if my wife and I return to Pompano Beach, we will almost definitely stay here again."
