1st Off Let Me Preface Saying That When I Go 2 Atlantic City I Love The Tropicana! My Go To Places Are Trop, Hard Rock, Resorts, Ocean, & Harrah's! This Trip We Chose Trop & Were Xcited 2 Stay In The NEWLY Renovated Solange Towers! The Room Was DEFINITELY Refreshed With A New Updated LQQK Compared 2 When It Was Simply Called The West Tower!
My 1st Pet Peeve Iz The Main Elevators Had One Bank Shut Down? Meaning There Are 4 Elevators U Use 2 Access UR Floors & The 2 On The Left Side Were Shut Down For Renovations Causing A SERIOUS Log Jam Xspecially During The Morning Breakfast Rush Or The 4PM Check In Dash As New Folks Arrived! We Were There Monday 08.17.26 - Friday 08.21.26! They Did Offer Up The Service Freight Elevators Behind The Main Elevators 2 Help Out But That Was Only 2 Elevators & Equally As STRESSED During This Last Blast Of The Summer Season 4 Folks!
That DID NOT Deter Our Trip Until The Next Morning We Realized Our Shower WAS NOT Working? We Had Already Unpacked All Our Stuff, So We Could've Chosen 2 Complain & Move 2 Anotha Room 2 Deal With The Chaos All Over Again Or Simply Make Do! We Decided 2 Make Do As The Trop Started Gettin Bizzy From Wednesday On!
I Still Am A Fan Of The Trop & I Won't Let This Stop Me From Coming Back Again, Bcuz No Resort On The Strip Has The Amount Of Amenities That The Trop Offers. They Need 2 Solve The Elevator Issue Quickly & I Will Give Them A Negative Hit 4 The Non Working Shower As The Maids Should Be 1st 2 Spot This!!!

Everything was clean and the room was better than expected for the price. The only real issue was the lack of hot water. It was either not shower at all or take a cold shower. First morning we took cold showers. Second morning since we were headed right home we opted no shower until we got home. Told front desk. They seemed not to care or not understand?
