"The property was very nice with the view from the ocean but unfortunately we are located on the 2nd floor and the view was blocked by the building. Everytime I booked through Expedia I did not get a nice room at all..??? How I wish I will get a nice view and room? Also the carpet in our room smells bad like wet carpet .. overall rating is 4"

"The place look cute in the outside but in the premise is dirty ones you walking in the main floor look clean but ones you start going to the room the hall ways are dirty the room are not too clean I had to change room because it’s wasn’t clean the pool is dirty and disgusting for breakfast all they have is Kellogg donuts and coffee and toes the room are not all that looking I wouldn’t recommend to no one I wouldn’t stay there ever again…."

"I agreed to an upgrade at the Front Desk because the room included a soaking Tub, unfortunately when we got to the room there was no Tub....so what did I pay for? Very disappointing. Overall Harrah's was good, great Pool area, Casino was OK, but it wreaked of Cigarette smoke. I guess most Casino's do as well."
