"I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...

"The executive suite is wondrous!!! Wow!!! The bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival were a special treat. The room service was perfection. Swimming pool requires a swim cap… $8/person. Super convenient to the airport. Free shuttle. Took two phone calls to get an extra pillow and blanket but overall an outstanding experience. Will stay again. Didn’t get to use the children’s area. It’s closed except for weekends. "

"We stayed here to sleep for our short layover. The beds were comfy. Tv didn’t seem to work although I couldn’t understand the labels as they were in Korean so maybe I needed to press something to make it work lol. Extra towels would have been great. The hotel is close to convenience stores like mini stop and 7-11 so if you need some water or light snack. There are a lot of Korean restos I should try them the next time I’m in the country. "
