"Amazing home and even better hosts! Mike is extremely accommodating and responsive to any and all questions. Karin, the house manager, is also super responsive and even came over to drop off more paper towel for us! The house is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean! It comes fully equipped with all things you need from kids to adults - beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, floaties, coolers, etc.! We would highly recommend Flip Flops on the Hilltop!"

"Host was wonderful and very helpful. Anytime we had a question they replied back right away! They had lots of great reccomendations. The property was fantastic with gorgeous views! They had everything you needed in the unit, and the bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! I'm very picky about my pillows! The restaurant on site was yummy, we ate there multiple times, as well as the augusta bay restaurant next door. Will definitely return!"

"First off Jamie was very easy to communicate with & quick to reply. From the moment we opened the door of the condo it felt very comfortable. Everything was in good order & was well equipped in the kitchen including dish soap, hand soap. She even had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Having a washer & dryer was a bonus. The view sitting on the deck was spectacular! We will be back! Thankyou Jamie"

"Enjoyed a wonderful week in paradise. This unit has everything you need to relax, explore and stay busy if their happens to be a rainy day. Communication with host was timely. The location is perfect smack dab in the middle of this island and the resort amenities are a plus. Its nice to have several restaurants within walking distance. "A great house in a great location! This was our first trip to The Bahamas and couldn't have enjoyed this property more! It's centrally located just outside of George Town and a short drive to nearby beaches, such as Jolly Hall and Hooper's Bay. Grocery stores were about 5 minutes in either direction via the Queen's Highway. We enjoyed a day trip into Little Exuma (Santanna's and Tropic of Cancer Beach) in addition to a half day boat tour through Exuma Water Sports. We spent our last day in a boat we rented from Minns Water Sports checking out Stocking Island and Elizabeth Harbor. Beautiful weather (upper 70s) on our trip between Christmas and New Year's. Cleo was very welcoming and did a wonderful job as our concierge to make our vacation truly special! "
