"Luxury beachfront paradise with incredible blue vistas!

"What an absolutely gorgeous home that fit 5 couples perfect!! The size of the rooms and house was amazing but still 2nd to the phenomenal outdoor space!! There are not words to describe how perfect the home was for us!! The power went out while we were there due to a wire coming off a pole up the road and the property manager was on top of it and made sure we had all we needed every step of the way. The back up generator was filled with diesel and kept full to run all night so we were never even slightly inconvenienced! The owner was also very responsive to pretrip questions. Absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to come back!"

"Overall, this property was outstanding. We’ve stayed on Tar Bay multiple times in many different houses. This house stood out above the others because of the pool and hot tub option, which we used everyday. The beach is beautiful, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool house was perfect for the couple that wanted a little extra separation with a gorgeous beach view and ocean wave acoustics for sleeping/napping. Beds were extremely comfortable and A/C worked great! You have your own personal reef about 50 yards down the beach as an added bonus! Great for snorkeling out to see the colorful fish/sea turtles/barracuda. We would definitely stay here again. Exuma never disappoints!!! See you next year!! "

"Our family and some friends take yearly trips to various destinations around the US and Caribbean, and this property is officially our favorite we’ve ever rented! The house is lovely, clean, modern, and well-equipped. It’s 3 minutes from the airport, but feels tucked away and remote! We had both a pool and the ocean at our fingertips, and it felt like we almost had a private beach to ourselves! We appreciated the stocked kitchen (cookware, spices, and even multicolored yeti-style branded cups!), plentiful seating, and especially the sound system that allowed us to connect and play music throughout the house (and outside) from an iPhone. The beds were comfy and the towels were of good quality. And, though there is tons of natural light throughout because of tall windows and high ceilings, there were blackout curtains in every room to ensure we could sleep in! (Essential on vacation!) I cannot say enough about this property - we’re already talking about renting it again!! Five stars, hands down. "

"Our stay was perfect! We had 16ppl , kids and adults and all slept comfortably. Karin the property host was amazing!! She answered every text and call when we had questions. We would stay here again and hope to next year ! We hired Chef Keva 3 nights and 4 mornings and she was top notch and perfect the food was so good! Love ZEN EXUMA !!! The property is beautiful and serene, the patio and greenery on the property is amazing .The deck is huge everyone had areas where they could relax or be together. This house is perfect for large groups. I cannot wait to go back !! "

"Rarely do I visit a place that is better in person than in the pictures. This is the one! Book with confidence you will be glad that you did. Our family had an amazing time, combing the beaches, visiting, chat and chill and spent a great day on the water fishing. But most of all we enjoyed the days, relaxing at the house in the pool and by the beach. Highly recommend."
