"When we opened the front door to enter the house for the first time OMG! The view was beautiful! The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed right there. The house was close to Smittys ( a small grocery store) and while we were there the new Exuma market opened. We loved Tim's on the Bay ate there 3 times. Sidney was quick to respond when we had issues with the air and Virginia the housekeeper stopped by to check on us to make sure we were ok! The air was fixed ASAP! My crew and I are definitely going to rent here again. Top notch!! Yedda and The 80s Ladies"

"Absolutely perfect stay at Villa Oceania! 10/10! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Exuma! The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach right there and Tim’s within easy walking distance which was a quick option if you don’t want to go too far. The house was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, with everyone having their own bathroom, which was a huge plus for our group.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including dishes, utensils, pots/pans, crockpot, storage containers, glasses for every type of drink, and even several YETI cups in different sizes. There was a separate ice maker and a stand alone water cooler for drinking water. You truly don’t need to bring a thing!The beach amenities were just as impressive, with kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs, floats, a speaker, a cooler, ice packs, and so much more. Everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation was provided, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable.Prince was amazing! He was very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Villa Oceania was the perfect home base for enjoying Exuma, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone."

"Our stay at Casa Del Mar in Exuma was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, communication process was flawless. Both, Dmitri and Gabby were responsive, helpful, and made our entire planning process seamless. The home itself was magnificent, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail felt thought through.We also truly appreciated the wonderful recommendations provided for island activities and private chefs, which made our experience even more special. The beach, water and the views were unmatched and beyond stunning.We loved every moment of our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Exuma. "This property is very nice and very well kept.The downside is that it is set back and not beachfront as advertised and that was a disappointment upon arrival. Once we overcame the initial assessment, it turned out to be extremely nice and very comfortable.I want to give a big shout out to the caretaker Norman, who does an amazing job of taking care of the property and the grounds . We will definitely return to this location in the future."

"The location and property were absolutely spectacular. The beach was very long and we had it almost all to ourselves. The beautiful views from the inside and outside made the trip very relaxing. We spent plenty of time sitting in the private gazebo right on the beach. It was nice that there were wooden walkways around the property and to the beach. There was plenty of fun activities right on the property that there really wasn’t a reason to go elsewhere. Tim’s on the Bay was a short walk from the house and had a nice vibe with good food and drinks at a reasonable price when we did decide to leave the house to get a meal."
