"Easy and very friendly check in with Mandy led to a great stay in a wonderfully appointed / clean room and facility! All amenities, the pool , fitness room, games room and food bar at the pool was excellent! Taco Tuesday was a hit! Our room was well appointed with a full kitchen, spacious mid century modern furniture living room , a cozy king size bed and a large washroom with all toiletries! This vacation spot is well located, accessible and safe! Great experience! "

"There isn’t a lot of closet space, bathroom could use more racks to hang/ dry towels, half shower istall, and no microwave in the room."

"This hotel has really gone downhill. The bathrooms had black mold, the lights in the room didn’t work, the electrical system is poor, the a/c is so noisy, they don’t have a breakfast buffet anymore and the service in the restaurant at breakfast was understaffed. We sat at our table for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us!! They don’t have a shuttle service anymore which was so convenient when we were headed to the tennis garden, so we ended up walking over because of the terrible traffic during the BNP Paribas Tournament. The staff had no idea how to get the tennis tournament on the television in our room which was really annoying. We were told the hotel was under new ownership so hopefully they will rectify these issues because the room rate is not worth the cost to stay with these current conditions!!"

"There are hidden resort fees once you check in. Wish they put all of it together instead of a last minute fee. Other than that I has a solid stay. "

"All the amenities were great but the rooms/bathrooms need to be renovated. Too dated. On another note, The beds/pillows and bedding were very clean and felt very luxurious. They get a 5 star for that. "

"The property is very clean, everyone working at this property goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing!! The hotel is 5 minutes from downtown. The rooms are a nice size. Make sure to ask what your view is from the room when you are checking in. They have a nice coffee bar you can get breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Also a nice bar and restaurant you can do a sit down meal, has a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplaces as well. There is also a small sports bar at the front of the hotel. The pool is beautiful and has several covered sitting areas and Cabanas that are FREE!!! First come first serve. We had a very nice relaxing time here. Would highly recommend!! Would definitely stay here again!"
