Totally furnished, ground floor, 2/2 condo. Very quiet location but close to everything. Beautiful pool available for swimming & relaxing. Private courtyard in front. Keyless entry with double locking doors. Newly remodeled kitchen, stocked with everything. Cute little coffee / wet bar. Master bedroom features a queen size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands for storage. Attached, remodeled bathroom with separate toilet / shower room and walk in closet. Second bedroom features full size bunkbeds, with a pull-out twin trundle bed. Large closet & desk. Guest bathroom remodeled with shower / tub. Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Great room / living room has a large, comfy couch and separate area with table & chairs for dining. Large sliding glass doors open to another patio perfect for having your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds or enjoying a nice glass of wine watching the sunset. Close to many major hospitals & medical centers. Shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms all within walking distance. Assigned, covered space for car included, but lots of parking space available. 30 day minimum required. $2950 per month includes all utilities. $1200 refundable deposit required.
