"Really liked the walkability. "

"Der einzige Nachteil war die Größe des Zimmers und des Bettes, aber hey, es ist New York! Insgesamt ist es eine fantastische Unterkunft mit superfreundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt!"

"Great location, smooth detailed communication and easy process"

"One of the best rentals I’ve had in NYC. Clean convenient and great communication!"

"New York City hotels can be very cold and indifferent, well, this place Is not, although everything is to the point, no extra frills, the staff is quite warm and very available to solve any situations very quickly. I’ve stayed in many places and almost none compare to the kind and available people who take care of this place and its visitors. Fully recommend, great central location super close to a nice park, restaurants and shops. Book it!"

"Fourth floor walk up. No elevator. Just basics plus coffee. Two small bedrooms and kitchen area, all crowded with beds. Good a/c and wifi. Excellent location, close to Central Park, shopping, restaurants, transportation."

"Clean apartment in a convenient location, close to the subway and walking distance from lots of attractions. My only nits would be that the shower doesn't drain very well and the walls are a little thin but besides that everything was awesome!"

We didn't feel comfortable at all. After finally hearing back from the hoast we agreed to leave after the second night but we only got a refund for 5 out of the 8 days we paid for excluding all the extra fees they slap on....So all in all we lost almost half of what we originally paid plus we had to pay for...

"Fantastische Lage direkt in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber warm und einladend."

"5 adults stayed for 6 days. Pros: Comfortable beds, even the temporary bed . Great location near major tourist locations. Great a/c Cons: It is a cozy 2 bedroom. It’s was snug. It served our needs. If we travel to New York again we would stay again."
