"Very strong unpleasant odors in the lobby area. It seemed like there was some sort of reunion or family reunion of the property owners taking place and they were all congregating in the front lobby and stared uncomfortably at anyone coming in the front door the door to my room had been kicked in at one point as there was a hole on the side of the front of the door, where the latch is and a big hole on the inside wall, where the inside door handle would’ve hit the wall."

"The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on the part of the couch I can only assume they thought someone was going to sleep on. This hotel cost a fortune, and it couldn't accommodate our family as advertised."
