The staff was great, the room felt old and outdated. Latch on the sliding door didn’t work. There were dead bugs in the beds. TV did not work correctly. There was trash covering the parking lot. Overall, it was a very poor experience with the room and property. However, the staff was great.

Far enough out there to feel quiet and relaxed but only a 5-10 minute drive from Scottsdale restaurants, activities and such.

We have never been to Phoenix before. It was a lovely place. Would definitely go again. Paradise Valley was an excellent place to stay. It was closer to Scottsdale than we realized when we booked it.
