INTERIOR   
  
The entry opens into a dramatic two-story living room where height and light immediately define the experience. Sunlight pours through expansive windows, filling the space and emphasizing the clean architectural lines. Seating is arranged to take advantage of the vertical volume, creating a living area that feels both open and grounded, equally suited for quiet mornings or shared evenings.   
  
Just beyond, the kitchen introduces a bright modern aesthetic with crisp white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a streamlined layout that keeps everything within easy reach. A peninsula dining area seats three, offering a casual place for breakfast or conversation while meals are being prepared, while the adjacent dining table comfortably seats six for more formal gatherings. The dining room opens directly to the outdoors, reinforcing the home’s indoor–outdoor rhythm and allowing fresh air and natural light to move freely through the space.   
  
Upstairs, the home reveals another layer of comfort in the form of a den designed for relaxation. A leather sectional anchors the room, creating a lounge-like atmosphere ideal for movie nights or unwinding at the end of the day. Also on the main level, the first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, coordinated nightstands and lamps, and a comfortable armchair, with movie-themed décor adding a playful and personalized touch. A nearby guest bathroom offers a tub and shower combination, providing convenience and flexibility.   
  
Upstairs, the third bedroom creates a more secluded retreat, featuring a queen bed, matching nightstands and lamps, an armchair, and the same thoughtfully chosen movie-inspired accents. This upper-level bedroom is served by its own bathroom, which includes a tub and shower combination and offers easy access from both the bedroom and the upstairs den.
